Decision Maker

Decision Maker is an application for building and evaluating decision analytic models, or "decision [analytic] trees". Originally developed for DOS, this perpetual beta-test version of the application WinDM runs on the Windows platform.
The SimPal evaluation engine currently performs Monte Carlo analyses of Markov Models specifed as Decision Trees (with a number of extensions, eg. vector operations).
At present, tutorial materials and documentation are rather minimal.
